Michael Berger

Michael is a nearly life-long credit union member who grew up on a farm in a small town. He loves to help others succeed at work and in life.
Michael has nearly 20 years of experience in the credit union industry—having worked for Canada’s two largest credit unions as well as at a credit union service bureau. In 2005, he had the opportunity to start his own coaching and training business where he primarily worked with small businesses.
As Program Director, Michael works with dynamic credit unions across North America helping them implement the award-winning Young & Free program. His programs include: Alabama, Indiana and St. Louis.
