We will not do everything we are told. We make it our responsibility to bring you ideas you didn't ask for, and to keep solving problems in new and different ways. We will argue for what we believe in, but we won't be arrogant about it. There is enough arrogance in the world today. These are our guiding principles that we follow every day.
NO BANKSWe only work with credit unions. We believe in the credit union movement so strongly that our agency will not work with banks, no matter how big the vault is! |
NO BULLWe charge a fair price. There are no hidden charges or game playing. We are what we are and are proud of it. We believe in open communication in everything we do. |
